I'm sorry to be blunt, but it is time for UPS to wake up and face this, because it's not going away, and it's only getting bigger.
We're experiencing a quite serious problem (a long series of them actually) with your Thailand branch of UPS.
We've contacted UPS/USA countless times by various means, usually email, and have received basically nonsense in reply, or no reply at all.
This comes to you via fax because emails to UPS have been utterly and embarrassingly ineffectual. They've been a complete waste of time.

I see no one else who complains there ever receives assistance or even a reply.
April 8, 2021:
We have now paid a service in the US to snail-mail the above letter of complaint to UPS via registtered mail. They will be required to sign for it. They will not be able to claim they didn't receive it or were unaware of the problem. This is quite a company, isn't it?

We have now decided to send this to the headquarters of every major International carrier in the world. Perhaps they can benefit from it in some way and offer suggestions for us.
